Each year, DiverseCity Fellows brings together twenty-five emerging leaders to broaden their civic networks, deepen their awareness of issues facing the region and strengthen their capacity to lead change.

The Fellows program is a unique opportunity for feedback-rich, action-oriented learning. Fellows hear from influencers across the region, participate in interactive sessions, get matched with mentors, and work with a multi-sectoral team to develop and implement city-building projects.
